My name is Alistair Grieve, I was born in New Zealand and moved to the UK in 1995. After a number of years within Blue Chip Corporations I moved into the world of Management Consulting. As a consultant I have travelled extensively and seen firsthand how businesses work in countries like UK, Europe, Australia, Japan, Canada and the USA.
I haven’t always worked as a Consultant; I have also held Senior positions in Sales, Marketing and Corporate Finance roles for large Multi National and UK Corporations I have also worked as a consultant in Central Government for a number of years.
I have worked as an employee, a senior manager, a contractor, a subcontractor, in partnership and with multiple subcontractors. As a Consultant I have worked Self Employed, as a Franchisee and as a Director of Limited Company. As a Management Consultant a typical client engagement is between £25,000 and £250,000 and lasts for between 2 – 8 months. The Consultancy arm of the business now focuses exclusively on Intelligent Cost Reduction within IT.
In 2009 I began offering courses teaching individuals and businesses alike, leading consultancy techniques to drastically improve the profitability of their consultancy business.
